Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]

Response: The above Complaint filed with Revdex.com is completely falseAny problems with the boat were caused by Mr*** negligent and impatient to get the boat on the water.
First the boat in question was not turn Key, there was no motor in the boat, the Jet pump was just installed, and
the boat had to be rigged with a motor and water tested for any leaks and or problemsMr*** motor from another jet boat he had was to be installed in this boat, so therefore it could not be a turnkey boat for saleThe only thing he purchased/Traded was a Hull with interior, Jet Pump installed, and a trailer; the boat needed a motor and needed to be rigged.
Note: There was a first complaint filed with the Revdex.comThere was no response due to the fact Mr***, said it was not him that filled the complaint it was his uncle and he would correct the complaint and have it canceled, and he would bring the boat in to have any problems or leaks fixed
Please understand this is a busy shop with long time customers, it sometimes takes time to complete work, people want work done right now, it does not happen that way if you want it rightBut if there are problems from any work done by this shop, We stand behind our work and will correct any problems, unfortunately Mr*** is always in a hurry and that is the root cause of many of the problems created on his boat
When Mr*** first picked the boat upHe was told by *** ***, owner of AZ Boat Guy’s, not to take it to the water without him, further he was told to bring it back so that it could be water tested for any leaks due to the fact the Jet Pump was just installedInstead Mr*** took the boat to the water by himself and there was some leaks, and caused the starter to get wet and short outHe brought the boat back and AZ boat guys replaced the starter at a cost to Mr*** since it was his negligent
Now to the second complaint dated May 20,
Selling practices: AZ Boat Guys has sold Many boats in all kinds of conditions, from *** ***, to complete cosigned boats, all SOLD AS IS, to boats that needed to be completely rigged, and water tested, and there has been little or no complaints to date, years in business
Response: to customer’s current statement of the problem, as for the boat not staying running, we started the boat and ran it with no problemsFurther there was no hole in the bottom of the hull with fiberglass damage, the leaks were around the Jet Pump housing were the more sealant needed to be addedThis would have been discovered when the boat would have been water tested in the first place, when Mr*** was to bring it back to the shop as asked to do When Mr*** did bring the boat back it was tore all apart, the newly installed jet Pump was ripped out and the fiber glass housing was broke apart, and parts missing, so much for his friend the knows so much about boats, Yet Mark the owner said he would fix it for him and there would be some cost involved due to the fact he tore it all apartIt’s funny Mr*** files this second complaint after he brought the boat back after tearing it apart, causing greater problems and work, other than just fixing some leaks that would have been simple by adding a little more sealant
At this time after Mr*** filling this complaint, the owner recommends him to pick up his boat and take it elsewhere to be fixed, we have repaired the pump installation where he tore it outAs for being a scam artist, untrue, been in business for years, over loyal customers, the Revdex.com know quite well you do not stay in business that long and have that many loyal customers if you’re a scam artist and Mr*** puts it

Response: The above Complaint filed with Revdex.com is completely false. Any problems with the boat were caused by Mr. [redacted] negligent and impatient to get the boat on the water.

First the boat in question was not turn Key, there was no motor in the boat, the Jet pump was just installed, and...

the boat had to be rigged with a motor and water tested for any leaks and or problems. Mr. [redacted] motor from another jet boat he had was to be installed in this boat, so therefore it could not be a turnkey boat for sale. The only thing he purchased/Traded was a Hull with interior, Jet Pump installed, and a trailer; the boat needed a motor and needed to be rigged.

Note: There was a first complaint filed with the Revdex.com. There was no response due to the fact Mr. [redacted], said it was not him that filled the complaint it was his uncle and he would correct the complaint and have it canceled, and he would bring the boat in to have any problems or leaks fixed.

Please understand this is a busy shop with long time customers, it sometimes takes time to complete work, people want work done right now, it does not happen that way if you want it right. But if there are problems from any work done by this shop, We stand behind our work and will correct any problems, unfortunately Mr. [redacted] is always in a hurry and that is the root cause of many of  the problems created on his boat.

When Mr. [redacted] first picked the boat up. He was told by [redacted], owner of AZ Boat Guy’s, not to take it to the water without him, further he was told to bring it back so that it could be water tested for any leaks due to the fact the Jet Pump was just installed. Instead Mr. [redacted] took the boat to the water by himself and there was some leaks, and caused the starter to get wet and short out. He brought the boat back and AZ boat guys replaced the starter at a cost to Mr. [redacted] since it was his negligent.

Now to the second complaint dated May 20, 2014.

Selling practices: AZ Boat Guys has sold Many boats in all kinds of conditions, from [redacted], to complete cosigned boats, all SOLD AS IS, to boats that needed to be completely rigged, and water tested, and there has been little or no complaints to date, 20 years in business.

Response: to customer’s current statement of the problem, as for the boat not staying running, we started the boat and ran it with no problems. Further there was no hole in the bottom of the hull with fiberglass damage, the leaks were around the Jet Pump housing were the more sealant needed to be added. This would have been discovered when the boat would have been water tested in the first place, when Mr. [redacted] was to bring it back to the shop as asked to do.  When Mr. [redacted] did bring the boat back it was tore all apart, the newly installed jet Pump was ripped out and the fiber glass housing was broke apart, and parts missing, so much for his friend the knows so much about boats, Yet Mark the owner said he would fix it for him and there would be some cost involved due to the fact he tore it all apart. It’s funny Mr. [redacted] files this second complaint after he brought the boat back after tearing it apart, causing greater problems and work, other than just fixing some leaks that would have been simple by adding a little more sealant.

At this time after Mr. [redacted] filling this false complaint, the owner recommends him to pick up his boat and take it elsewhere to be fixed, we have repaired the pump installation where he tore it out. As for being a scam artist, untrue, been in business for 20 years, over 800 loyal customers, the Revdex.com know quite well you do not stay in business that long and have that many loyal customers if you’re a scam artist and Mr. [redacted] puts it.
