Sir or Madam:On behalf of Mr. Mark ** S[redacted] of AZ Buildings 2 Go LLC in response to your letter dated July 22, 2016, Mr. Mike G[redacted] filed the complaint stating that he purchased a building from AZ Buildings 2 Go LLC on March 3, 2013.Mr. S[redacted], were not involved with the Flagstaff dealership during that time. In fact, Mr. S[redacted] did not take control over the Flagstaff location until July 1, 2014. Mr. S[redacted] informs us that Mr. G[redacted] has never purchased a building through AZ Buildings 2 Go LLC. Mr. S[redacted] further states AZ Buildings 2 Go LLC soley and simply sells the buildings for [redacted]
Based on the foregoing, Mr. S[redacted] fully disputes this complaint.On behalf of Mr. S[redacted], we request that this complaint be removed as this complaint was against the previous Manager, Terri C[redacted] and [redacted].Respectfully,Mark S[redacted]
