AZ Clean Tech Reviews (11)

I had 2 Small Carpeted Rooms to be Cleaned. They arrived late, and after the Cleaning was Complete, they started to argue about the Price that I was Quoted by their Main Office. I paid by using My Credit Card, and when My Monthly Statement arrived in the Mail, they had DOUBLE CHARGED me for their Cleaning.!!! It took me 5 Months to get this Corrected on My Credit Card Billing/Monthly Statement.!!! So BEWARE, any Customer in the Phoenix Area that wants their Carpet Cleaned, I would strongly suggest using a Different Cleaning Company other than AZ Clean Tech.!!!

My wife and I had a horrible experience with [redacted] and [redacted] from AZ Clean Tech. I do not recommend them.
Like others have stated, they raised the price on their services once they showed up, however, this is not why I am leaving this review.
[redacted] completely botched our tile cleaning. His machine left streaks all over our tile. He then attempted to tell my wife and I that this was the pattern in the tile. It clearly was not as he later admitted.
On the plus side (if there is one), [redacted] did come back out to try again, however, his incompetence once again left the tiles with streaks. My wife and I had to get on our hands and knees to scrub and remove them.
Bottom line, do not trust them in your home.

[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I would prefer to have a FULL TOTAL REFUND. We would also like a call on when we could be expecting the transaction to take place. I do not want anything more to do with this company after my money has been refunded. I will wait  for the business to perform this action in a timely manner and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

Scheduled an appointment after purchasing a deal on [redacted] and [redacted] called the day of to say they couldn't make the appointment. He explained that he had to fire the tech that was supposed to come clean our carpets. Problem was, we had to have the carpets cleaned that day to get out deposit back from our landlord. He told me he would call back once he found another tech to come out. He never called. I spent the next several days trying to schedule an appoint by leaving voicemail after voicemail and he never returned my call. Very unprofessional and I would advise against using their services.

I have used this company twice and each time they treat me like family. They extremely professional and efficiant. I will use them time and time again. And thank them for knowing how to tuesky make a customer feel understood, and appreciated. I will recommend this company to anyone.

I seen an ad on [redacted] for carpet cleaning 4 rooms and a hall. Before I purchased the voucher, I called to verify if my address was within the 60 miles radius and was told yes. I purchased the voucher and my appointment was between the hours of 12-2. To the company credit, they did arrive within this time frame; however, it gets worse from there. I am moving out and for the most part, my rooms are empty. In my master bedroom I have a tread climber machine and a mattress in the other room. I advised the tech that I need the entire carpet clean if he could move the items. He informed me that he was not a mover and that he would clean around the items. No way...... The tech [redacted], then proceed to tell me that the voucher is just to steam the carpet not to clean the carpet. First he said that I need to pay an additional $25 for coming out to my house. I advised him that was not part of the voucher. He said it was for his gas because he came a long way. Then he proceeded to tell me of the additional hidden cost. He first begun at $129 to pre-treat and clean my carpet on top of what I had already paid. As I told him that I was not paying that price, he then went down to $90, $75, $60. I agreed to pay him an additional $50.00. This fool then wanted cash. I don't have cash. He said he would take a credit card. So he brings his equipment in to tell me that he is not a moving service and he would not be moving the 2 items I have. Although he said that if I paid him cash he would. I repeated that I don't have cash. He had the gall to suggest I go to the bank and get the money.

Oooh, now he can move the items. He is now upset said since I feel he is ripping me off (which he was trying to) he is leaving. OK, how do I get my refund back. I called the number of the voucher and the once nice man is now an arrogant [redacted]. He stated that I should not want everything for free. That I should pay because the technician knows what he is doing.

My disagreement is not on a price since we had settle on one even though it was not part of the deal offered. My disagreement is in this mans unwillingness to help move items so that he could clean the entire carpet. He ended up hanging up on me.

I tell Sam I am going to write a review. [redacted] says he don't care about reviews. So for a company to not care what a customer feel of their lousy service is a definite indicator of the type of business they are running.

I would strongly suggest that no one uses this business. I mean do not, lets repeat, do not use this company.

I will try to explain this a little better. The customer had paid for a basic cleaning package. This does not include pet stains, blood, vomit, oil, hard to remove stains that will otherwise not get out by our basic chemicals which we used in this particular customers home. There are additional charges for stains that are stubborn, which according to the technician, there were stains that would have taken a stronger chemical and it would have charged her more. Therefore, this is perhaps why the apartment complex thought the carpet had not been clean to their satisfaction and charged the customer. We do not base our business on deceit and our technicians have been with us a very long time because they are honest and reliable. We choose the best in the business and we understand that sometimes misunderstandings can lead to much more, that is not what we want. This customer had stains that would have cost more and we did do a basic cleaning, hence the reason the carpet was wet, which was stated in the original complaint.  Please let us know what we can do to help resolve.

It is our policy to always provide a receipt of service for every job we do.  A three part invoice is then given as follows, technician keeps one, customer receives one and our accounting department keeps one on file.  We are sorry for the misunderstanding and strive to maintain the...

highest quality of customer service as possible.  We will be mailing a copy of the receipt to this customer and they will receive it within the next five business days following this response.  Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I needed the receipt as proof of cleaning for my rental agency. They saw the copy of that estimate and called [redacted], who told them that they never cleaned the carpets. The rental agency also said that the floors did not look as though they had been cleaned. By the time I talked to [redacted] to get a resolution, the rental agency had already had the carpets cleaned and subsequently billed me for them so it was too late. He wouldn't even call the agency. He wanted them to call him. I can totally understand how they would think I was being deceitful because I now feel the same way about this company. I want my money back because I feel like this whole rigmarole was very unnecessary and unprofessional and caused me to have to pay to get the carpets cleaned twice.

Regards,

THe first contact after this job, the customer called me and stated the job was done to their satisfaction, aprox. 4 hours later, customer called again to complain about the "smell".  We offered to completely re-do the job, the customer refused.  We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate...

chain of events, however there are a few statements in this complaints which are contradictory to the complaint and the contact we have had over the last few days. I agreed to return the 80.00 in person and the customer agreed, however later the customer changed their mind and decided not to accept the refund.  I do not know what else can be done to  meet and repair the customers needs regarding this complaint.  The customer also mentioned the tech did not have change but the 10.00 would go as a "tip" for our technician. The customer claimed we used dirty water.  A truck mount system hooks up to a fresh water source from the customers home or building, then the water goes through thre carpet cleaning machine to heat up the water, still clean, this water is used to extract the dirt and mildew from the customers carpet.  If there was a stench, it could be a result of built up moisture, mildew and or pet odor.  The dirty water from the carpet is then drained at an outside area.  It is impossible for any carpet company to use waste water, and that is why Abrahim was laughing because he was trying to explain to the customer it is impossible to use waste water through the cleaning machine in a truck mount.Abrahim was not laughing at the customer, just a reaction to the statement of using waste water to clean the carpet. Please let us know, if not to redo the job, or offer a refund, what would the customer like to satisfy the complaint.

Bought a [redacted] for carpet cleaning of 4 rooms plus a hall way. This business was 3 hours late to the appt., immediately pressured me to pay more for good service, then lied and said my family room was 400 sq feet and so would cost more. After finishing only 3 rooms (we have no carpet in hallway) in less than 30 minutes) he was about to leave. I asked him to honor the [redacted] and clean the 4th room, he proceeded to argue with me in my home for 10 minutes, lying again that he was limited to a certain amount of cleaning fluid and I would be taking money out of his pocket, etc. Finally when I asked him to stop arguing and either honor the agreement or leave, he said he would clean it " to save face". He cleaned it in exactly 5 minutes. Horrible service, horrible experience. Buyer beware.
