Outstanding From Beginning to End
From the moment we walked in the door, to the end of the installation, we are so happy with the product (granite) the price (best we found in Northwest WA) and the entire staff!
James and Juan carried the slabs (500 lbs) up stairs and didnt hit anything. They gave us tips on care and showed us how to reseal next year. All around, a wonderful experience!

We were unaware of any unanswered inquires by this customer The person who did call (leaving a message last Saturday the 13th of February) was not the person who filed the complaint We promptly responded on Monday (2-15-16) with a promise to make an appointment to review the customers concerns That follow up happened today (2-16-16) and a message was left with the client We are confident that the matter will be resolved appropriately and promptly

I have responded to the complaint once and I have not received a response.  The customers name didn't match any name in our database.   The address matches a customer we did work for but the last coorespondace from that customer was late last year.  I'm happy to resolve any issues. We warranty and stand behind our product.  My last response said the exact same thing as this on but I never received a response.  An appointment can be made to have the matter resolved by calling and scheduling.[redacted]AZ Creative Surfaces

I'd love to help resolve any issues. My number one concern is our records do not have this individua listed as a customer and there wasn't a copy of a contract attached with this complaint.  Is there a possibility another company did this work for them? Our warranty is not a 10 year warranty...

and if our work had faded it would have been covered under our lifetime warranty.  Please contact us and I will also reach out to the customer and see if I can't help figure this out.

Review: We purchased a new pool deck surface on 2/16/2011. When we purchased it we had the understanding that the pool deck had a 10 year warranty. When a technician came out to our property they stated that it isn't warrantied. The entire deck is fading and there are a lot of areas that are coming apart. We spent a lot of money to get the pool deck installed and it shouldn't have come apart already.Desired Settlement: We either want it replaced or our money back so we can have another company complete it properly.

IN 2009 I paid $5,000.00 to have my patio and walk way resurfaced, it looked great, It began to fade, I called over and over and was always told I would be put on the "list" that the sealer used in 09 was defective but that they would fix it.Finally in the sprint of 2013 they came out and tried to fix the problem, it is 1/14 still fading, still not fixed, lifetime warranty useless when the came in early December they left heavy furniture on the rocks, still there.

Review: I am having major problems with my deck which Arizona Creative renovated back in 7-13. I originally contacted your company as my old kool decking was chipping off in several spots which was diagnosed as efflorescing of the concrete underneath and it was very evident in several areas of the deck. I was told that the concrete would be ground down but there would be a possibility the chipping may return. I did a lot of research when exploring options for the deck renovation and heard very good things about your company and the bullet-proof product that you installed. I trusted the experience behind your evaluation and that it certainly wouldn’t make sense to install a coating over a deficient substrate.

Less than two years later the chipping had indeed returned, and in fact had worsened, which Arizona Creative was nice enough to repair under warranty. Now, we’re at 2 1/2 years and my deck looks worse than ever with several large areas peeling off. Had I been properly advised that it wasn’t ‘possible’ the chipping would return, rather that it was certain to return, I would never have spent $7000 on what ultimately turned out to be a band-aid with a two year shelf life.

Regardless, I need a solution-a permanent solution. Emails and voice mails have not been returned.Desired Settlement: HELP!!!! Please! I feel that I'm stuck given I have `1200 sq/ft of surface that your company applied a surface to and thusly I can't go anywhere else and hope to have a cohesive pool deck with.
