Dear sir,

First time I was there was because my bridge fell off, and they're nearby, and it's been years since I saw a dentist, I forgot who's my dentist, so I went to AZ dental office.

After having the doctor ( ***, *** DDS ) taking a look, took all x-rays, she said the bridge was no good and needed new one, maybe two crowns and a future implant. I agreed for the crowns to be done, they put in a temporary bridge. After about two weeks, the permanent crowns were put in. Just about 4 months later, one of the crowns fell off, I went back to their office, the doctor took a look and said, I needed to take out this tooth for there's a 'red spot', I asked her what happened( I've never had a gum problem or infection before, I wasn't sure what happened ), she did not say anything, none of the assistants in the office said anything neither, and did not suggest anyway to take care of it and send me home, kind of suspicious. I went back to see the doctor in September because of discomfort, a different doctor prescribed Penicillin saying the situation is bad. At this point, I do think it's intentional since they ignored my condition for so long, it deteriorated so badly, I could have ended in ER according to a friend. I contacted AZ Dental, they told me they will investigate, but never got back to me after that. I spent more than $*** out of pocket for the dental works, and in 4 months time, I needed to spend more to take out that tooth, I think it's a scam to make dishonest money from patients, this is highly unethical and unfair for a consumer like me, I do not have a lot of discretionary money to handle emergencies like this, I'm a low income person, very frustrated, I need justice to be done.
