storage from Nov. 2011 thru Jan. 2012 in lieu of damages. The desks that had been damaged where beyond the capabilities of Desert View’s to repair. The customer had signed a contract with DVL stating the industry standard $.60 per pound on damages. Desert View tried to work this out with the customer by exchanging storage fees  for unrepairable furniture. Desert View held off any storage fee’s until they decided what to do with the rest of their furniture. In March of 2012 [redacted] called needing a few module panels with specific measurements. This being 4 months later, other customers items had been placed in front of [redacted]’s stored items. We went thru and located the specific items they needed, delivered and offered to set them up. At that time we were told that would be all that was needed and the rest could be disposed of. Hence a storage bill from February 2012 – March 2012 was submitted and paid by customer. Then out of the blue in December of 2013 we received a call from the customer in regards to his module furniture in our storage. We had to do quite a bit of research and totally clean out the warehouse and did locate a conference table and a secretarial desk. As of January 6, 2014, I have left a message for customer  to contact me and schedule a delivery of these items. Regards,[redacted]
