AZ Discount Bed Outlet, Inc.

This is an absolutely awful business I say this because on Sunday, April 18, 2016, my husband and I were heading over to this business to shop for a new bed We called to make sure we had the correct crossroads and general information about the business, and while I was talking to the woman on the phone confirming the details, I never told her we were coming down that day for sure All I told her is we were going to try to stop in sometime that day Well, we tried very hard to find this particular location, but we failed miserably, and before we became further frustrated with the situation we decided to try to look for another furniture store As we were pulling up to a different location, I received a call from the woman I initially talked to at AZ Discount Bed Outlet, wondering where we were at I told her we were unable to find her business, so we won't be coming in today She the became belligerent, and started screaming at me "I've been waiting here for you to *** show up." After having listen to that, I hung up on her because absolutely no one has the right to talk to anyone like that We never scheduled an appointment to come to that particular store, so we thought that we were allowed to stop in at our own leisure Boy were we mistaken We will NEVER even give this company another thought, and we suggest you shouldn't either Thank you

I bought a new mattress a couple days before seeing their listings on [redacted]. Luckily, I was able to return the mattress I bought from a furniture warehouse and get the exact same mattress here…for $300 less. The mattress was in perfect shape, and the 2 gentleman that helped me were more than easy to work with. They delivered and even offered to take the old mattress to the garage to get it out of the way until it was returned back to the warehouse store.
Next mattress I get will definitely be from here.

My lawyer sent her a letter summarizing my position on this matter.
