Recently in the corner of the shower in our master bathroom we had a small area of mold which would return within hours after cleaningAfter having it tested and lab-identified we called two companies for estimates for cleaning/remediation/repairBryan's was the second company to inspect the mold and give an estimate, which was less than the first estimateHowever, prior to going through all of the expense of removal and remediation he suggested that the mold may be caused by a simple problem and to have the grout ground-out and replacedOur tile man did grind out all of the grout affected and grout surrounding it and we left it without grout for a week, giving any mold if in the wall ample time to appearThere was noneThe grout was replaced and there is absolutely no mold growthBryan saved us a huge amount of money, was very kind and helpful and charged us nothing as his initial estimate was freeHe was sincerely happy for us when I updated him on the results of his suggestionBryan is truly a class act and if we should need this service in the future his will be the only company that we consider

I used AZ Environmental Contracting Inc about months ago for my water damage/mold remediation at my residence The customer service from both owner and workers was superb They explained everything to me, worked well with my insurance agent, answered questions, and just did a fantastic job They were a referral from another contractor and so I was nervous with my first meeting Bryan explained everything to me and made sure I understood the why of what was needed to make my home safe once again
I requested his opinion on another job today and no surprise here the service was again top notch I would recommend him and his company every time from the smallest job to the biggest

On December 13, 2013 , our home was flooded due to a bathroom overflow. Eighty percent of our 2100 square foot home was flooded. We at first were stunned and did not know what to do. My wife remembered [redacted] from an earlier minor water problem over four years earlier. She called [redacted] .

[redacted] arrived very soon after the call and began to direct the recovery of our home from water damage. His team immediately began removing carpet, opening up water soaked walls, vacuuming water and setting up high speed air dryers. He contacted [redacted] and they arrived to remove clothing, furniture and household items. Additionally, he contacted Farmers, our household insurer, and initiated the insurance coverage process.

Without [redacted] and AZ Environmental, we would have been floundering. Need I say more?

AZ Environmental did and EXCELLENT job removing the problem mold in my condo. I would use them again if ever needed.
