Every lead that we purchase that my company calls comes from lead brokers where they have opted in to receive offers We have ran into this problem where other glass companies do not have a dialer computer and sometimes call people numerous of times because they do not track their calls
Customers have mistaken them for us because they usually do not answer the numbers that come up on there caller id or goes straight to voice mailWe have only had one phone number and name that comes up of the caller id and always get answered if called during office hours Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 8:00pm and Friday 7:am to 5:pm.Attached you will see our dialer report that was faxed to me on this number I also took a picture of it with my phone so it could be read easier and attached that as well.We talked to the ###-###-#### for the first time on 7-17-for seconds where my employee marked the call as DNC. Someone called in on 08-25-to ask to make sure they were on the DNC. You will see that the length of the phone call on that date was seconds because all that my manager did was log into the number to make sure it was on the DNC.My company did call this number on 6-18-2014, 5-29-2014, and 04-17-but as you can see the calls were all less than seconds because my employees received an answering machine.I do apologize that this number is getting calls but I can assure you that we put this number on the DNC list the first time we ever talked to this number As you can see in my dialer reports.Unfortunately the problems that she is having will probably keep happening because she is confusing my company with another one that is harassing her. I called this company to repair 3 "chips" in my windshield and when they found out that my insurance would cover a replacement, they pushed to have me agree to replace the windshield instead of repairing. They scheduled an appt and gave me a 4 hour window but ended up being 2 1/2 hrs late.

The installer was professional and did a good job and was quick.

The company said that if I agreed to a windshield replacement that they would give me a $100 gift card for dining which turned out to be no more than a coupon for discounts on dining, and for being 2 1/2 hours late they said they would throw in a 2 night stay at a hotel, which turned out to be a scam as well that asked for $14.95 to redeem the coupon. I would not recommend this company and I would not use them again.

After reading the other review I will definitely be calling my insurance to see what they billed them for.

Review: They will not stop calling. I have asked them to stop and I'm in the do not call registry.

They usually ask for '[redacted]' or someone else, pretending to have done business with me before. When I tell them that they have the wrong number, the attempt to sell me a windshield... They have been told multiple times not to call anymore. The call from various numbers. If you call them back, it goes to voicemail...Desired Settlement: None, just stop calling.

Review: This company, both offices continues to cold call my wife's telephone number for a period of at least three years. We have never done business with them, but they will not remove us from their calling list. Often the call is a ring followed by a hangup.Desired Settlement: Remove us from their calling list.

I used Novus Auto Glass in March of this year. About a week after install, I started hearing noise as I was driving. I've called and scheduled 4x different appts to get this checked out and resolved to which a customer service rep apologized and took my appt but no one ever showed up. It was beyond frustrating. Fast Forward to a family vacation this past weekend, we are driving home from Calofornia and my side panel completely broke off, due to neglect from Novus When repairing my windshield.. I called again to let them now about this. My car is a 2014 and the dealership said it had missing bolts on the side panel. No call back from Novus. At this point, I can't believe they wouldn't even call to address the issue. Never again will Use this company after such neglect and careless practices have costed me over $400 to replace the side panels.

We received a call to offer services on a car that we haven't had since 2007. Our numbers are on the DNC list and have been there since 2003. I spoke to the owner Heath and he assured me that the numbers that he "purchases" come from reliable sources and are scrubbed from the DNC list before he gets them. I asked him how he got my number and he couldn't explain and blamed the company that he "purchases" the lists from. This industry is out of control and just ignores the law and blames it on someone else. There is a reason that we are on the DNC list. We don't want to be bothered.

I have had several calls from this company. Each time I tell them that I want to be taken off the list. I either get hung up on or get attitude. The last time I got a really nice gentleman on the phone and he assured me that after they had recently changed the phone system my name would be taken off the list. I just got called again. This is the eighth time! Horrible policy and I feel like this is harassment. Two calls in a week I also want to mention that the first time they did a windshield replacement they added a charge to the insurance company which was unauthorized and the insurance company called me saying they were "investigating". I do not want to do business with such a shady and disrespectful company.
