My first response to you had nothing to do with this call as I said I was on holiday, what would you suggest I do, our service charge is what money we collected so I really don't see why your even wasting our time with such a BS complaint and that is the problem with the Revdex.com you don't care about the facts just what the consumer says, what about the consumers that rip me off? where are you when the consumer is the villain? This washer had a bad agitator and the clutch needed adjusting, the technician was there over an hour and only charged the service call, the necessary part had to be ordered. I cannot control what parts are not in stock and I have had to deal with the lies this lady put on line which I am seeing what legal options I have with that. So if the Revdex.com thinks that collecting a service call for something that the lady owed when the technician stepped into her home much less the hours labor go ahead and do what you must do and know that's why no one but the liars give you any weight, or people would check with the Revdex.com first not after the fact when they want something for nothing because they are consumers well the funny thing is I could start advertising with you and this would go away so do what you must your no more than a bad gossip column

cannot answer your question. Beings it is a holiday our shop is closed and I am out of town so gathering the information is something I can not do, I can guess however. I know we had a parts call that we left two messages on her voice mail when the part came in and if she would have returned one of my calls I could have dropped off the part she bought. anyway we had a parts call the part came in we called her twice left message and no response.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I never received any calls nor have they tried to reach me.  At this point I have had to replace the washer entirely since a good portion of my machine was missing and having the part replaced and labor by another company was almost as much as another washer.   I have submitted the complaint because I do not want someone else to be a victim of such a business.   Their negative reaction and delayed response does not sound like someone who wants to clear their name or explain what happened.  My resolution would be an apology and a $68 refund for the work they never completed.

I still have never recieved a phone call from the business to date.  I feel that this will not resolve the issue and it will forever be in a loop of he said/she said.  AZ Home appliance repair never finished the work they started nor tried to contact me after they left the first day.  To me that was a valid complaint - especially when their phone was out of service for over a week and my e-mails to them were never answered.   I would like to understand how they feel that an out of service phone and unanswered e-mails are 'sound business practice".
