Dear [redacted]I am truly sorry that you had to call about your 1099's in 2015 and 2016. We sent out hundreds upon hundreds of 1099s. And unfortunately not everyone was happy, we got complaints that Service Star sent them out to SDIRA clients and then there were a few that were not happy that...

they did not get one. We abide by the IRS code when it comes to sending out 1099's and we especially agree that UBIT can affect certain investors who have DOT's on their properties.  Just a reminder that regardless as to whether you receive a 1099 or not, you are still responsible for tracking your own interest income and reporting it properly.   Sherri S P[redacted] CPA

My home is in foreclosure, the same gentleman has come to my home several times urging me to contact to set up a meeting. The gentleman is very persistent and has shown up to my home after 8pm. I can not find any info on this company and the website has little to offer. My instincts are not very confident though I have nothing specific to offer. I suspect possible connection to investors hoping to purchase my home.
