comfortable when your laying on a bed awake isnt what your body actually sleeps best on.  That said we want you happy.  I will have to donate the bed as we cant sell one thats used, so Ill be willing to exchange it with a 20% restocking fee or for a cheaper bed.  Your welcome to come to any of the stores and choose an new option.  Print this email and bring it in with you and have whoever is working give me a call.  I hope we can get this fixed for you.
