AZ Mobile Pool Service

I have already recommended AZ Mobile Pool Service to my friends/family & would also recommend them to anyone else in need of their pool cleaned and/or repair work done as well

I found this company on Revdex.com, you would think it was a good company...wrongThe guy who came to fix my pool did not find the problem, just rigged my pump to barely workHe did what I could've done myself then charged me $Problem still exists, he didn't know anything about pool systems, just how to clean themCleaning your pool is common sense, stay away!

I was extremely dissatisfied by the flakiness of this company. I originally called to make an appointment to start up weekly pool service; on the morning of the appointment I called the tech that supposed to be meeting me at the house. He had no idea about the appointment that was set for him the prior week but agreed that he would come by the house at some point in the day to provide the service estimate. I also asked him at that time if he could just go ahead and service the pool while he was there. He agreed and said he would call me afterwards with the ongoing service estimate. He never called back.

The house is a rental and the tenants were out of town. When the tenants came back one week later (and a couple of monsoon storms later) the pool had turned green. The tech had not serviced the pool liked he agreed and did not call. I called them in the morning after hearing about the pool and they said they would talk to the tech and call me back. Again no return call. I called back several hours later and spoke to Justin and he said they would send someone out and call me with the update. Again no call back. I called them at 6pm and they had not sent anyone out but Anthony would call me back in 2 mins. No call again so I called them back and they did end up agreeing to send someone by on their way home.

The tech texted a couple of pictures and it did look bad. I called Anthony to discuss next steps and he first said that the pool must have been green for much longer than a week (basically calling me a liar as I was at the house 7 days earlier). I asked him about how that was possible given his tech was to service the pool the prior week. He flip flopped and said the tech just inspected and did not service and that it was green then. I was at the house the same day the tech was supposed to service the pool and it was not green. I asked why if the pool was supposedly turning green the prior week why was it not serviced or at least call me to provide the estimate as agreed. He said they are busy and just forgot about it. Anthony also went on to say that now that the pool was so green they did not think they wanted to do the work to fix it. If they would have done what they said originally it would not have happened in the first place. He said he had no responsibility for not doing the work the prior week and hung up.

These guys are flaky and unorganized. Not once did they ever return a call when they said they would call me right back. Very disappointing and now I will be spending twice as much to fix the problem that should not have ever happened.

I have been looking for a reputable pool service company for a while now and once I got ahold of them they have been great. I highly recommend them.
