I have had a very negative experience with [redacted]. He sold me a car that has had catalytic converter bypassed so that the vehicles computer thinks it is functioning properly. Not only that but the engine burns 3 quarts of oil per tank of gas. [redacted] has made numerous promises such as refunding my money,replacing the car, fixing the engine, but has not actually done anything to resolve this issue. I would highly recommend finding another source of vehicles.

Well I have explained to the customer that the finance company has the title they will receive from the insurance bond company once they receive it I can register the vehicle. Until I have title in hand I cant go any further the only option is go through [redacted] and get a 90 day I will try today 01/15/2015 to extend the one he has but I cannot guarantee [redacted] will allow to me to do it. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.still havent got any temporary plates, purchased the car in in Novemeber and still havent got my plates ive never heard of it taking this long to get a liscense plate. While all this is going on ive been carless for the last 8 days. Regards,[redacted]

I purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from this company and it was the best experience I have had in buying a car ever. The owner [redacted] is an honest guy and he was able to link us with a good finance company. As far as the Jeep goes? it is one of the best vehicles I have ever purchased. It runs and drives like a new Jeep.

It's out of my hands at the current time the bond company is handling that part.. Unfortunately I have no control of this. I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused.thank you,[redacted]
