I ordered on *** a top for my wife's jeep on AZ Off-Road & PerformanceI was unsure which item to order so I called the number on their *** store I placed the order and it was processed, shipped by them incorrectly I called and ordered again but not this store wants me to pay for their mistake and they are threatening me to remove my feedback they also state they don't have time to handle their own internal issues and paying clientsI have filed with *** for refund and had to reported them to ***I also noticed they have had a lot of complaints with past clientsThey have also violated the terms and conditions per *** selling practices by not ordering directly though ***- instead they try and send you a *** bill so It will not be covered by *** don't do this, make this company have you order through *** system so you are protected fyi

I received the incorrect item. At the first conversation, they were very helpful and said a return label would be sent to me soon. Five days later, no label. Called again. They said I would get the label in twenty minutes. The next day still no return label. Call again and told they are working on it. They were extremely rude. No longer want my item or any other items from this company.

I purchased an item from this company and made aware before purchasing it that I only wanted it if it could be delivered by a certain date. The item was delivered late, so I returned it unopened in the original packaging.
When AzOffroadPerformance received it back, they said it was damaged. Keep in mind that this is an aluminum pipe used in an exhaust system of a truck. [redacted] (AzOffroadPerformance) told me to file a claim with [redacted] which I did. [redacted] conducted an investigation and concluded that they were not responsible.
Since then, I have tried to get in contact with this business multiple times about being refunded, and have heard nothing back.
Do yourself a favor and find someone else to buy car parts from

Repeated attempts to call in for information were met with a rude and demeaning responses. Unhelpful individuals at best and poor customer service will hinder a pleasurable experience
