AZ Pain Doctors

This company is terrible to do business with. It is not worth going to them for their services. They cannot keep their accounting records straight. Since I had been going to them for multiple services they continue to try to re bill me Codie co pays that I pay at the beginning of each visit. They cooked come pay before you can even see the doctor, yet I would get a paper bill for the same bill every time after I left in the mail. Every time I would receive a bill in the mail I would have to go back through my receipts/credit card statements and send them proof I paid. Then they would send me a bill for a different one. It's not been over a year since my last visit there and they are still trying to bill me for things I have proof that has been paid. The recent bill was for $35 that I paid in February of 2016 and I have an email confirmation, yet they sent me to collections and now I have to deal with a collections agency just to prove I've already paid something!! I would NOT do business here it is not worth the headache!!!!!
