That morning I was in a little fender bender accident while on the way to themNothing big but having to wait for the police and filling report and statement for insurance purposes was going to put us almost hrs lateSo I had my mom (***) call and explain the situation and ask if we can come later around pmAccording to [redacted] she said they wanted it at or not at allGranted things do happen that's out of my controlAnd I was willing to and able to give them service that dayNow as far as being very busy, that's true but I would have never said I'm to busy for themIf they were willing to reschedule as far out into mid April then I would haveBut they wanted next day service which I can not accommodateI've got a full week sometimes weekends getting up at 5am not getting home til 7pmWe are a family ran business an I try letting customers know that when scheduling so if they do cancel or need rescheduling that its going to be a month for nowWe called them and a half hours before scheduled cleaning and spoke with someone whom my mom (***) said was very rude and wasn't concerned bout my wellbeing and only the cleaning now or not at all! He never called nor rescheduled after that one time we calledLike I said sometimes things are out of my control and someone rear ending me was one of those timesI did everything I could do to try and make the situation right
Attached is the original copy of schedule and the notes put in on the matterCan make everyone happy and if you look at *** *** not one complain is about no showsWe offered same day service and even called back several days laterI never receive a call nor any voice mails concerning reschedulingThis is stupid and if he got his $dollars back from *** *** then I can offer him the same deal again but he would have to pay in cashI don't feel I owe this man a free cleaning when I haven't even cleaned for him in the first placeAnd honestly I wouldn't want to clean for some one who is trying to get something free out of the deal when I have done everything rightI called ahead of the scheduled time and even tried calling him back several days laterThere is no way possiable I would have been able to reschedule him for that soon when I'm booked out in tell late April

What a line of BS, first when told the girl was in a car accident I asked if she was alright? Was told it was a fender bender, but she couldn't make it until 1pm, that would work in my schedule and I told them we would talk on Monday to reschedule and we did, and then they didn't show that day. If you look this company up on the internet you will find they have multiple complaints along this line, truly a company that should no longer be in business for it's lies and lack of customer support!
