I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 We did meet with Phil on Sept. 30th.  At that time it was agreed that a tile person would arrive on Thursday to repair the tile bull nose.  No one showed up to complete the work as promised.  We received a call from the office to inform us that they did not have the tile in stock & would have to order it.  Did they wait until 4 to look for the tile or did they know they didn't have the tile & just waited  to call until 4 PM.  We wasted the entire day waiting for someone to complete the work.  They have agreed to pay for the light but we are unable to address the levelness of spillway because in could cause damage to pebbletech & this would cause them to have to install all new pebbletech.  The company agrees the tile work was performed poorly due to their admission that the tile person was fired.
