I was sold a vehicle (ford freestyle) on April 13th, on April 15th the transmission went outI contacted the dealer who I intially thought was a private party on craigslistI was under the impression through text messaging that he was willing to replace the transmission and give me a vehicle to use in the mean timeCome Monday 4/he said he couldn't give me a vehicle to temporarily use due to liability purposes so he would be willing to put a suski in my name; I told him that vehicle is lesser value then what the car I purchased was worth, so I clarified again that he was still planning on fixing my transmission and he said I never planned on doing such a thing, so I told him if he was unwilling to cooperate that I would have to seek legal adviceHe said please go downtown and file a lawsuit against meThat was the end of communication
