This pool service company is terrible. They spend a minimum amount of time cleaning the pool. Started to develop an algae problem, they did not scrub the walls to fix the issue. Did not check the pool filters which were disgusting to see if that would address the issue. did not notice that the pool pumps were not operating properly which of course was adding to the issue by not cleaning the pool.

The pool then dumped only strong chemicals into the pool and did not advise us that the pool was dangerous to go in which could have caused medical problems for any swimmers. I would highly not recommend this company, they do minimal work, can't diagnose issues, and can leave you with a safety hazard of a pool. To top it off the chemicals also burned the bottom of the pool since the pump was not operating the chemicals sat in one place until they dissolved.

Never offered to compensate or rectify the situation, when they were fired for their poor performance they only sent emails ensuring I knew my June bill was due despite causing me to need to need to spend close to $1000 to fix their mistakes.
