Wow, I had bin warned about this place that the customer service was terrible. That is an understatement. Ive bin in there three times now and every time the guy up front is so rude that the first time I actually thought he was joking, nope. And he wasnt just having a bad day, hes bin equally as bad all three times. Amazing they have stayed in business this long. Ill never set foot in there again, I suggest you do the same.
I needed some help ordering parts for my lawn mower. I called this local business and I told them what part I needed. He then asked for a model number, I told him I will find that out and he said to have my mechanic call him back. Later I called back and I gave it to him, and he said that number doesn't bring up anything. He asked again where I got that number from. I found it on the engine when I took it to my mechanic and he replied that my mechanic is a m
n and that his 10 year old son can find a model number..
n just because he can't find it on his computer. That kind of attitude toward customers is appalling and rude. All I want is direct service and to order my parts, and you did neither but be super rude with your comments. I called [redacted] and they ordered my parts in 20 minutes without the rude comments and inappropriate language.
I'm a woman and I can locate those things easily, I felt proud that I could call and order these things without having my boyfriend do it for me. He later said, I thought I told you to have your mechanic call back? I told him he doesn't have a cell phone as where he lives there is a bad signal. He replied, "you gotta be [redacted] me"...
I didn't call to be put down with rude name calling and as I'm a woman, he has no right to talk to me in that matter. That was the model number so he calls us a m
