Dear Revdex.comSo much of Mr. O [redacted] said was untrue. My agent called Noel while I was standing next to him to bring the broken dishwaher door to his attention as well as a roof that was not repaired correctly and numerous other areas of concenr that were not addressed at the first inspection The response from Noel as he was on speaker phone was "yeah, id dint look at that, Alex.". In addition, I spoke with Mr. O[redacted] who stated that "Noel may have been in a hurry when he inspected the home" and stated in writing he did not inspect the home correctly. Mr. O[redacted] also stated he had not heard of any concerns about the initial inspection however, unless I can see in the future, I woild not have any way of knowing Noel did not look at certain items until I came back to see the mess. I also see Mr. O[redacted] has commented on the one star I gave him on the website which was very rude. I have enjoyed the messages that are in response to his poor inspection. I feel the blatant disregard of Mr. O[redacted] to hold his response to you, the Revdex.com is a fine example of the poor service I received with this company. I believe I was taken advantage of by both Noel (who did not even follow his own inspection) and further by Mr. O[redacted] yelling at me when I called him. Noel was dishonest and signed off that the repairs were made when in fact I have photos that clearly document they were not. I ended up losing more than $4, 000.00 because of the dishonesty of Noel who, I believe could not have come in the home and thought the repairs were made correctly. I have numerous photographs as well as the document from Mr. O[redacted] and Noel that clearly document their dishonesty and failure to follow the contract I had with the company.Because the contract was made void by their neglence, I want my money back. I followed my agreement in full.

Hello Revdex.com...We have tried to work with Ms. [redacted] to come to a resolution. In our 20 years, of business, this is our first Revdex.com complaint and we take it very seriously. We offered to refund Ms. [redacted]'s payment for the re-inspection of $185, as our Inspector, Noel C[redacted] did not indicate that the vent...

was not repaired correctly and missed a few  some light bulbs that were to be replaced. Ms. [redacted] refused our refund offer and insisted that we refund her original payment for her original inspection. We explained to her that we would look into this (the original inspection was conducted on August 13, 2016 and we did not hear of any dis-satisfaction from her until this situation arose with the re-inspection in early October). We have asked her repeatedly to show us areas in our original inspection report that she was dissatisfied with, and she has not. We have attached copied of our email conversations in which we ask for this info to resolve. It is not our policy to refund monies without cause. We will refund any client payment when we are given a chance to review the report, go back to the home to investigate. She has not given us this opportunity. We would like to resolve this and will be happy to review her original report and any issues she has with it for the balance of the refund that she requests. As you can see from the attachments, we have remained professional while Ms. [redacted] has been threatening and condescending. We would like to handle this in a professional manner. Also, this correspondence says that it is our second notice of this complaint. We did not receive the first notice sent to our email, so we apologize in any delayed response. Thank youTim O[redacted], ACI President AZ Property Inspections

I have been a real estate agent for 8 years. I started using AZ Property Inspections after taking a class taught by the owner, Tim O'Neil. I knew immediately he was knowledgeable and ethical. That is when I switched to this company for all my home inspections. I've used three of their inspectors so far, and all have been thorough and knowledgeable. They take the time to really explain items on the inspection report to me and my clients. The reports are detailed and have excellent pictures. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

AZ Property Inspections was very quick to schedule the inspection and dispatched a knowledgeable and helpful individual to the property. They were thorough and interested in making sure that we understood each item written in the report. I would highly recommend this organization

Dear Revdex.com,
I would like to resolve this matter as this is our first Revdex.com Complaint we have received and we take this very seriously.
Regarding the issues Ms. [redacted] has brought up, the following are what actually occurred:
·         The dishwasher door was not damaged and according to Inspector Noel C[redacted], the dishwasher door was operational and did not require further commentary within the home inspection report dated August 13, 2016.
·         Inspector C[redacted] had plenty of time to do the inspection and spent more than three hours at the property and with Ms. [redacted]. What she is taking out of context is the comment I made within an email that Inspector C[redacted] may have been rushed during the re-inspection only and for that I was (and still am) willing to refund her the re-inspection fee in full, no questions asked.
·  I have never been rude to Ms. [redacted] on a public forum or in conversation.
·         There was no negligence on our part concerning the original home inspection and Ms. [redacted] is bound to her signed Agreement with which clearly states that we require proof of any issues found deficient within the home inspection report which we have asked for repeatedly and she has not given.
Because we are an upstanding corporate citizen and value the Revdex.com, we will make a final offer to Ms. [redacted]. We will refund half ($210) of her original home inspection fee of $420, as well the total refund of her re-inspection ($185) for a total of $395. The total amounts do not reflect the termite inspection fee for which we have already filed the report with the State. If she accepts this refund offer, we require that she sign the attached Refund Release Agreement (see Attachment A) and well as retract or delete the negative and untrue reviews that she has posted on the Internet (see Attachment B).
If you have any questions or would like to discuss further, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.
Sincerely,
Timothy M. O[redacted], ACI

AZ Property Inspections

My wife and I recently had great experiences with AZ Property Inspections, twice within one month. First, Home Inspector Tim O'Neall conducted a home inspection of our home last spring, just prior to our listing it for sale on the MLS in April. The information he provided in his report enabled us to address and remedy the major issues he identified in his report, before potential buyers toured our home. Our home sold in 2 weeks and there were no issues major reported by the buyers own home inspection company during their inspection prior to COE. Second, on short notice a few weeks later Tim again conducted a home inspection on the home we were under contract to purchase last May. The major issues he identified allowed us to point them out on the BINSR to the seller, which were then settled either by seller repair or cash concession at our COE. We are extremely satisfied AZ Property Inspections and their staff. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home inspection.

I was very pleased with the service that was provided by AZ Property Inspections. They actually were the inspection company hired by the buyers when selling my own home last year. Since then I have had the opportunity to see a number of their presentations and trainings and thought I would give them a try when purchasing a new home for myself this year. I was very pleased with the staff & inspection. It was complete and detailed. The inspector was fabulous and spent much time going over his findings and report. He even encouraged me to contact them if I had residual questions. Setting an appointment was easy and hassle free as well.

I like to say this was one of the worst experiences with a home inspector that I have ever encountered. Rob G[redacted] was rude to my wife and kids as well as myself. Rob made this statement to me "I'm the man who makes or breaks the sale" with a giant smirk. I was present when Rob was explaining the inspection report and he stated that one of my toilets takes 4 seconds to flush? When I asked Rob what the standard time for a toilet to flush was he had no answer for me and stated again " I'm the man who makes and breaks the deal" I hope all home buyers and sellers beware of this company because if he don't like you he will make or break your sale because he is the man.
