Revdex.com: I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] [redacted] *** corporate along with other dealers have all stated to me that there is a problem with the power reverser and that they don't exactally know how to fix it they said some machines are affected by it others are not I think its odd that [redacted] doesn't know about this but yet dealers and corporate does along with [redacted] and [redacted] as far as buyers remorse there is none I would be happy with it if it had brakes that operated like they should I think its strange that the according to greenlines service people the series has the same issue but you can buy a part from [redacted] to fix this issue I know several other people that say there tractors they get from [redacted] have soft brakes and some other minor issues and they end up going some other dealer to get it fixed but when another dealer tells me to not bring that tractor to them to try to fix that its in [redacted] system as having issues tells me somethings wrong and im the one stuck with a lemon that no one wants yes the delaer offered to buy it back from me on Tuesday 4/ 15/where he upped the offer to where id loose $5,because its used and has hours on it it has 25hrs on it and ive put on it don't that tell you something wrong when the dealer has put more hrs on the machine then the owner has ive owned several tractors over the years and never had a issue with any except this one so to me and several people I know that own [redacted] for one they cant believe that they cannot get it fixed and the have came out and used it to see how it acts second they cannot believe that greenline will not buy it back completely as they've put the majority of hours on it and neither my self or the other past greenline buyers find a lloss of $acceptable Regards, [redacted]
Overall the move was greatThey gave me a competitive binding quote and did not charge me a penny moreVery professional except for one PackerDiscovered one packer riffled a personal article with $cash in itIssue was not resolved as it was cash and impossible to proveThey would have received a much better review had it not been for this one issue
I hired Lanigan last fall to move my heavy furniture and other belongings from Cordova to East MemphisI found them to be excellent in all respectsI was esp concerned re a few pieces of furniture that had been in the family for generations, and I was extremely impressed re the care the young men in charge of packing and moving took with the my furniture The men were patient, very, very careful and WANTED TO PLEASEI lived overseas for years (on six continents) and have had experience with many, many moving companies I have never witnessed the care taken with furniture as I witnessed with Lanigan Moving...the packers took care each piece of furniture, china, wall hanging, Oriental rug as if the item belonged to themI had no breakages and was impressed with their honestyI would certainly hire them again...they were worth every penny Rita Roe Bartlett

Great experience, great people work for this company. We moved from Houston, Tx to Oxford, Ms with all our belongings in their storage for 3 months. Everything arrived at our new home in great condition.
The salesman/co ordinator ,packing and delivery crew were extremely nice! The delivery crew went above and beyond to deliver . My street was too narrow for the semi truck..so they rented a box truck..at no extra expense to me...handling my items 3 times!! From moving van to box truck,from box truck to my house!! Ended up with some nicks and scratches..but considering the effort and HEAT of the day ...AMAZING! I think a few small things got lost in the shuffle...but an overall FABULOUS experience considering the effort and price. Thank you for such a trustworthy group and trouble free move!
Both the purchase price and the price difference that he stated are incorrect. This is the same power reverser transmission and braking system that [redacted] has had since the 90's. If there was a problem I believe it would have been addressed before now. This tractor is just...
different than what he was use to. Nothing is wrong with the tractor except buyer's remorse. As I have told him (to his face) he should have done more due diligence when making an investment of this size. We are trying to work through that and would perfer doing it face to face, versus behind the keyboard or through others.
