You may want to think again before using this carpet cleaner guy or even allow him in your homeWe paid him $to clean our carpet and our tile while we were moving here out of state, the carpet was never cleaned and the tile look like someone just took a wet towel and wiped it with it looking smearedThe grout was never cleaned it is filthy dirtyWe used a *** vacuum cleaner and the whole canister was filled with nothing but pure dirt all way to the top just from the one living room square of carpet not counting the bedroomsWe contacted this carpet cleaning guy and ask him for a full refund and he stated noWe also had the bug On our home previous to Scott and saw no damage to the carpet in the living room when we arrived from out of town there was a big hole in the carpet all the way to the concrete slab of the homeThis guy Scott H*** said this is his way of making his living is off of people like usWe asked him nicely for a full refund and when he stated no we told them we would do a credit card dispute that we then asked him if he would please credit our credit card back to us and if he did we would not leave him a negative reviewHe chose not to give us a refund at all with making us have no other choice than to file with the credit card company ourselvesSo this is the review what he did to us and we want others to know exactly what he did so beware of this carpet cleaning guy Scott H*** at AZ quick dry

The grout was never cleaned it is filthy dirty. We used a [redacted] vacuum cleaner and the whole canister was filled with nothing but pure dirt all way to the top just from the one living room square of carpet not counting the bedrooms. We contacted this carpet cleaning guy and ask him for a full refund and he stated no.
