AZ Spa Repair was called and they came to our houseWe told them the circuit breaker kept flipping offThey said they didn't do electrical work but they said the problem was caused by a circulation pump (appx$300)The pump was installed and it did not fix the problemThey then said we needed a new mother board (appx$600) which they installedThe problem was still not solvedThey then said the spa needed a high limit switch, which they provided but it too did not solve the problemAfter that they never returned calls after many attempts to reach them We have since called another company and they identified the problem and fixed the spa in one hour with $in parts

I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI have been waiting since October for the company to fix my spaLike other complaints posted here I have called often, but the phone calls are either unanswered or I receive a date for them to fix my spa and they do notI have moved to Aqua Pool and Spa and they have been responsiveI hope my repair will be done soonThey also quoted me for many other repairs, but luckily I went to someone else when I realized that they were not going to come backI also called Dynasty Spas - Spa Man and they promised to help me but they did not call me back eitherThey refer their customers to Az Spa Repair

We have since called another company and they identified the problem and fixed the spa in one hour with $10.00 in parts.

I purchased a spa cover from Mike from Arizona spot repair on July 1, 2016. He Informed me that he would be installing the spa cover within a three-week period. It is now three months later and I have called him on three separate occasions and he states he'll be out to install it. It is almost three months later and it has not been installed. I called him today he stated he would call me back within five minutes but he has not returned my call. Avoid this Company.
I assume that I'm going to have to take him to court.

Very aggressive person and not sure he knows what he's doing. Put pieces back upside down. Over torqued screws. Multiple trips to fix leaks that he didn't identify. I think he just says you need a new pump no matter what. Pass on him

AZ Spa Repair is a horrible company- they do not repond to messages- horrible service- One of their techs looked at my hot tub and determined I needed a couple of new spa panels and here it is 5 months later and still no panels and I cannot get anybody to call me back to let me know if they have even been ordered- this is a horrible company- don't bother calling them for service because they will not call you back

This company is horrible with their follow up. I leave messages and nobody ever calls you back. I am still waiting on them to complete warranty work from February and here we are in May. I am unable to get them to complete it because nobody ever calls you back. This company does not value their customers.
