When we had the offer program on our website, it had several malfunctions. We no longer use this application for this reason. We have explained this situation to the customer numerous times. The customer wants to only pay the amount they have requested and since we will not accept the request, the customer is upset. As a company, we can not agree on the price the customer is requesting.
