Review: retained services of AZ Tech Appliance to diagnose and repair [redacted] refrigerator, 4/1/16.

problem was diagnosed as requiring replacement of new electrical control board.

agreed to estimate repair proposal of $800. Forwarded by check requested $400.initial payment for

new part to be installed, final payment to be made upon completion of work and satisfactory operation.

upon visit to property by realtor within 2 weeks of fix refrigerator was not operating.

Contacted AZ Tech, 4 days to get back to me, rescheduled return visit, re-diagnosed problem and is purported to be something else. AZ Tech is now requiring an additional $500.+ to fix and wants all money up front before proceeding.

Don't believe original problem was fixed etc. warranty is 1yr. parts/labor for service work replacing new board.

AZ Tech will not respond to repeated calls or texts to discuss issue and work towards a resolution.

property is located within the Lake Almanor Country Club, Lake Almanor, [redacted]Desired Settlement: complete job per service agreement to satisfactory operation of refrigerator unit without additional cost and extend 1 year warranty from completion date. work needs to finished ASAP as refrigerator is not operational.
