Attached are just a few of the receipts I have dug up on Mr. [redacted] 02 mustang .... the 1st attachment is a photo he sent to me from his cell phone to mine of a dime size spot (said oil leak) in his driveway from the mustang. Now he took this picture himself but never brought the car...

back after I saw it. when I opened it up to view it in on my computer at home vs. my cell phone it gives you a much larger and clearer view of the dime sized spot in his driveway, if you will notice the color of the fluid in the photo is a reddish purple. Oil is not this color, however transmission fluid is that exact color.  Against my recommendations I did not work on the transmission. And none of the work he hired me to do on his mustang would cause his transmission to leak either.  So the short version of this is: The only thing [redacted] (Mr. [redacted]) has found wrong with his mustang is that it has caused him to have a dime sized leak spot in his driveway & it wasn't even from anything I did in the 1st place. Now this gentlemen has already received nearly $700 dollars back because he disputed the charges w/PayPal through his credit card company so now my PayPal business account is frozen due to a $710 chargeback ..... Basically I have now paid for all of his parts out of my pocket. which is so completely unfair since I did nothing to deserve this & every time he brought it back I couldn't find anything wrong w/it nor could I find any oil leak or issues w/ the parts I replaced or the repairs I had performed.  I recently had to get some legal advise on how to handle Mr. [redacted] potential scam that has already cost me over $700 due to his credit card company's chargeback that returned his money by withdrawing it from my PayPal account not to mention its still causing absolute havoc on my business since I do all my accounting through PayPal. And now this w/ the Revdex.com he actually wants more of MY MONEY THAT I WORKED MY [redacted] OFF FOR ???? I really don't know what to do about this whole situation w/ this [redacted] character. Since finding out he filed the complaint w/ the Revdex.com I have had to get legal advise and at this point The way I see it and the way the law might see it if I have to involve them is he is either a very good con-artist or he's not too bright & really believes that I did him wrong. His girlfriends car was a poster for what happens to a vehicle if you do nothing to maintain it other than adding gasoline for several several years !!! Obviously he is not a mechanic so he cannot know everything that I know about cars he can only assume, but to demand to be reimbursed or to be paid back any money for the work I have done on his vehicle because he assumes its my fault there is a dime size drip in his driveway??? And w/out even maybe consulting with another professional mechanic 1st  to verify that the work wasn't done or that the parts aren't new etc. well it sure makes it seem like I am being set up just so he can get all this for free.  He told me on the phone before I ever met him in person or started work on his vehicle that he was "chummy" w/the Revdex.com, that he does a lot of business w/them. Now I am starting to see what "business" he is "Really" in, and I am going to guess that this probably isn't the 1st chargeback dispute he has had w/ his credit card company either.... I did everything we agreed upon and that I was hired to do on this car and then some.  The work he hired me to do, thas been done & being in this business professionally for 25 years I can say it has definitely done right... He is Completely insane to think that because he sees a drop of fluid in his driveway that he can just call his credit card company and be reimbursed for all the parts I purchased and now he wants money through this Revdex.com complaint for the Labor too ??? After all the hours of hard work & labor that I put into his vehicle. And yes, Yes he brought it back to me SEVERAL times. Not a big deal since he does live ONLY 1/4 of a mile away from me. BUT it was more like FOUR times NOT ELEVEN ! And every time he brought it back not once did I charge him because as I told him before I do stand behind my work 100%.  And let the record stand that in my last  conversation w/ Mr. [redacted] regarding the picture he sent to my phone of the spot on his driveway from the mustang..... Again I told him to just bring it back ! After I text him to bring it back I did not hear back from him nor did he bring the Mustang by for me to fix the said "leak". This was his choice not to come back to fix it. He claims I did didn't perform any labor and that I didn't replace any of the parts & that its leaking the same as the day he originally brought it to me is an ABSOLUTE FLAT OUT LIE ! If its leaking transmission fluid that's not from my work and I told him the tranny really needed to be replaced all together but he might as well sell it in that case because if you added all that needed to be repaired on it realistically the cars value isn't as much as the repairs would be to get it running perfect.  Now when I began to be less than polite w/ Mr.. [redacted]. was when he demanded to see the receipt's for the parts I purchased. My reply to that demand was that the copy of the invoice he signed IS HIS RECIEPT ! Then he asked me once again for the  "ACTUAL" parts receipts.  Insinuating that I never EVEN bought or installed any of the parts listed on his Invoice. Obviously this was very insulting to me. His behavior became down right RUDE. Keep in mind that I had physically put in 3 to 4 times the hours of labor than what I actually charged him for, so in all actuality he owes me not I owe him... This complaint is a joke ! PayPal has begun a counter dispute on my behalf w/ his credit card company after reviewing the same info that I am giving you now in this response and with the attachments proving in evidence of parts I bought, if he wants to dispute the labor or if it was installed correctly he should take it to a professional to have that determined ! He assumes he is getting all this for free but not without a fight I can promise that much. if you want more receipts, I have more, and I can send them too but it only allowed me to upload 4.  I must say that I am totally disgusted by this mans uneducated assumptions, and I expect w/ the receipts and invoices he signed that I attached  w/ this letter that this matter will be resolved in a much more timely manner w/ the Revdex.com than it has with his dam credit card company. If there is anything else please do not even hesitate to contact me. I would like to resolve this as quickly as possible as I do have a business to run and I cannot do so w/ my funds tied up, my business account frozen, and a bad report posted on the Revdex.com's website.

I wanted to add something to this complaint. We filed with our bank for a refund and the person who did not complete the work as promised provided information which proved that the parts we requested come from [redacted] were actually purchased at [redacted]. This was not what was promised!

 

Additionally, we took the car today to get it looked at by a reputable  company and found that this person tried to mask the problems by applying silicone to leaks!

 

I paid extra for a pan and service that was not even included in this complaint and paid cash so I am out that money. This person needs to stop doing business like this.

This is in response to the "newest" complaint filed by [redacted]. My Attorney is currently handling a slander & harassment case filed against Mr. [redacted] will also be receiving a copy of this response. [redacted] has recently been sent an official cease & desist letter from my attorney [redacted] due to his ongoing ridiculous and childish behavior in his attempts to sabotage my business AZ Tech-Express. He has continuously told lies regarding this incident both here and on a site called "Rip Off Report" and w/ PayPal and [redacted] Credit card.  As for his new allegations set forth here on the Revdex.com, I will start by saying this... Mr. [redacted] is obviously attempting to gain yet more money in his pocket when he has already received nearly $700 that his ([redacted]) credit card company went and reversed the charges on and took back out of my businesses PayPal account, now his claim in doing so w/ [redacted] was that he DID NOT RECIEVE any of the new auto parts that I charged him for on the invoice for the mustang. Even though I provided PayPal's Dispute Dept. with all of the Oreiley's Auto Parts store receipts for every single part that was on his invoice somehow he still wrongfully got his money back.   However it would appear that in this here "new" complaint he is claiming that HE DID RECIEVE new parts in her car but not parts from [redacted] rather from O'Reileys Auto Parts Store... So as you can clearly see here HE IS A LIAR! Now to defend myself in his "newest" claim full of LIES, here is what really happened ... He never once asked for a specific store or brand of parts when he hired me to do this job. As a matter of fact the ONLY time Mr. [redacted] has heard me even say the word [redacted] was in a text message. A text message where he pretended to be a potential new customer wanting repairs on a muscle car.  Mr. [redacted] has done this to me several times now.... He texts messages me on my business phone gets an estimate, schedules an apt. then when I drive to the address he's gives me to do the mobile auto repairs, it ends up being a vacant or abandoned house or building that is typically posted for sale.  So in the end I assume he gets a good laugh out of knowing I just wasted my time and money in fuel costs to get there. Now before I went out to one of his fake jobs there was one in particular (muscle car) where in his txt msg he asked me if I used quality auto parts or cheap ones. I responded with "It is totally up to the customer, but I prefer [redacted]". So this is the only time he or I have ever spoke about [redacted]. So on to his next allegation... When Mr. [redacted] hired me I explained to him that after my initial diagnosis it had appeared that whom ever worked on the mustang last must have tried to mask a leak with silicone due to the abundant presence of it. Therefor Mr. [redacted] actually got this statement from me not this so called "Reputable" shop he now "claims" he has taken it to, I think he would have attached a receipt as proof if that were true don't you?. So do what you want with this information but I do not owe this man a dime. Rightfully he owes me! nearly $700 for all the parts I purchased and installed in his mustang. Not to mention the financial losses he has caused me thus far due to the slander and lies he has posted all over the internet scaring away potential customers. I have been forced to hire an attorney (more money out of my pocket ) because as you can see here he just wont quit ! I should also mention that when I initially met Mr. [redacted] he stated that he was "Chummy with the guys over at the Revdex.com through his employment" Obviously I have taken into consideration the fact that Mr. [redacted] tends to lie about everything, However should this case be handled with prejudice in any way, inevitably, it will be investigated.
