I purchased a mobile phone *** a refurbished *** (32G) on March 6, 2018. The same phone was evaluated by the *** to have a faulty screen by March 13, 2018. The phone was exchanged the same day. The exchanged phone never worked did not even start up. On March 14, 2018 the second phone was returned.
I asked for total refund of the phone, which was denied after a lengthy discussion I could get a refund if I payed them 20% of the value $120, which I finally agreed to get any money back. A few issues with this (1) I was never informed that the refurbished phone was refurbished by a third party vendor (which would have prevented me from buying it in the first place), with that said, *** would never recognized a third party vendors refurbished phone so it is basically trash. (2) Refusing to give refund of not only one but two phones is completely unacceptable to any customer (3) Demanding 20% of total cost to give customer refund is *** behaviour.

Hello, sorry to hear about your experience. I don't think this issue was brought up to ***. Our phones have the highest level of refurbished quality in stock. Perhaps it may have been a defective batch that came through.

I bought a cell phone from this company 3 months ago it fell apart in my hands as I was opening it they gave me a hard time but charged me for another one $20 and gave me the one I have now I had about 2 months this one was fine I put it in my pocket got to work took it out and screen was black.
went the store and was told it was past store one month repair they would call repair store they gave me phone I called from there they said they go not know how AZ wireless is ? I asked here to talk to The lady from AZ wireless she did but I seen her turn and hang up phone she called her boss and he said he would send it out to be fixed now it is back and they say it was me that damaged it.
The lady I talked to said AZ wireless is registered repair company not cell phone sales.

Customer purchased a brand new flip phone several months back. Customer damaged phone and claimed phone was defective. As courtesy we exchanged it to another brand new one for a $20 difference. The 2nd flip phone *** was damaged by the customer. We offered another flip phone for a cheaper price. But customer refused. We can still offer another brand new flip phone for $25 as courtesy. Physical damage and water damage is not covered by manufacture warranty or by our store warranty. We do provide 30 days warranty, but past 30 days, we cant warranty any device.

Hi I do not accept this so far I if you add all prices up first $59 then like they said $20 MORE THEN ADD ANOTHER $25 THEY WANT THAT IS $100 PLUS I JUST DO NOT SEE THE COURTESY THERE, AND BETWEEN THE FIRST PHONE AND THE SECOND PHONE IT WAS NOT A 30 DAY PERIOD,PLEASE
LOOK AT RECITE.THE TWO BOTH THAT ARE SIDE BY SIDE ARE RUN BUY SAME COMPANY THEY TOLD ME THE WHERE NOT THAT IS WHERE THE MIX UP IS PROBABLY COMING FROM I THINK ABOUT $15 MORE MAY BE MORE ACCEPTABLE
