My product was delayed and I had to email them a couple of times as well as call several times before I could get the issue sorted. Be prompt to inquiries directed to you.
Response to client inquiries takes too long and this can be very frustrating. The shipping prices are a bit high and I wish they could revise this. I also was requested to give a review even before my product arrived, who does that? The restocking fee is also 20% which is very high.
