Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I just want to explain the service I got from ALG in three pointsThere are Visa petition, USCIS Electronic immigration, and communication between the Attorney and us First, the National visa center sent us the approval not because she sent the paper work; I got a letter from them after the Attorney sent paper mentioned you have to provide the American Councilor with all the missing paper you need to continue your visa. Second, the USCCIS Electronic immigration fee went to another person according to the wrong Number the American Councilor gave to us. I resume contact to my Attorney *** *** about My issue; I sent by email my husband’s signature on June 23, to resume our service, at the same Moment I asked her if she want more fees and said no additional fees. “I did several phone calls to the immigration to follow your case”. In these periods we got another mail from the immigration on august4, 2014. I was confused because The Attorney said “she had contact with them “, my question is if she Followed my case and contact with the immigration, why I keep received mail from the immigration Instead my Attorney Also, I keep sent for *** ***’s Boss complaint about my cause and need An appointment to meet him, unfortunately I didn’t get reply or even explain from him Several days I got mail from *** *** mentioned to me that the immigration sent us the green card and I have to keep my eyes on the mail. We waited about 45days but, I haven’t got any mail. My husband and I went to the immigration center at *** *** on September22, 2014, we talked to them about our case and mentioned that we have an Attorney , but they told us we don’t have record for your Attorney . Even although that, I keep contact with her and told her about my last visit to the immigration. I told her I wish you solve it for us then she replied of course she will. The main point is nothing done with my Attorney. On November 13, I got email from the Attorney mentioned that she discovered that the cards was issued and mail to an address in ***, ***. Cristian asked them for a written response (I don’t think she got any response), also I took an appointment to discuss my husband case she agreed. Another day I got email from her explain about couldn’t make an appointment with me and need more money to continue my case (which she never mentioned something like that before)On Monday, November24, immigration sent us mail mentioned about to contact with them about our case which the below information don’t show the Attorney’s name(See the attachment)we waited long time without any help . Finally, I wish to help in this case, refund my money without back to ALG service Best wishes*** ***

clients and the community we serve. With that spirit in mind, we are never happy to hear of an unsatisfied client. In this case, the client who submitted this complaint hired ALG to complete consular processing for the immigrant visa petition she submitted on behalf of her husband. This case was opened with our firm on March 03, 2014. The required information to complete processing in this case was submitted to the National Visa Center by this firm on our client's behalf on March 11, 2014. Shortly thereafter, our client's husband's immigrant visa was issued on April 16, 2014 and he immigrated to the United States on May 07, 2014. At this point, ALG had fulfilled its contractual  obligations to our client. This was expressed to the client and the client expressed satisfaction with the work and legal services rendered. As is required of all new immigrant visas, the client's husband was required to register with the online USCIS Electronic Immigration System (ELIS) and pay the USCIS Immigrant Fee in order to receive his legal resident card ("green card"). The client's husband was provided with this notice and instructions by the DOS in his immigrant visa packet. ALG was not contracted or hired to assist with this registration or payment to obtain the client's husband's green card from USCIS. Accordingly, the client was not billed for any work or services beyond consular processing to obtain her husband's immigrant visa to enter the United States. The client first notified me that her husband had not yet received his green card on June 19, 2014. As a symbol of our commitment to exceptional service, on a courtesy basis, I offered to inquire into her husband's green card with USCIS. Since that time, I have written and mailed two separate requests to USCIS, spoke with USCIS Customer Service four different times, and responded to every email correspondence received from the client on this matter. Again, ALG strives to provide the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. This case was no exception and every effort was made to assist this client with her on-going and additional legal needs at no additional cost. However, after it became apparent to this firm that her issues extended beyond a courtesy level, it was expressed to her that in order to continue advocating and representing her with this new matter additional legal fees would be incurred. This is consistent with the language in the legal agreement the client entered into that discusses additional fees for additional time and firm resources for unforeseeable government requests or actions. Prior to receiving this complaint via the Revdex.com, this firm had no indication from the client of her dissatisfaction of the legal services provided by ALG. On the contrary, the client personally confirmed her happiness and satisfaction with our services. While ALG is disappointed to receive feedback that reflects less than complete satisfaction with our services, ALG is confident in the work and services provided and that all good-faith efforts that could be made by the firm were.
