After one month of search ,Azcomp offered me the best quote to upgrade my Medisoft version to version They agree to support me for one full month after installing (version for free) till version comes out The sales department was very courteous and professional , while the tech support team worked with me friendly and patiently to resolve any issueI have no reservation to recommend Azcomp for my colleagues or any Medisoft User*** *** *** **

I can't speak highly enough about the high quality of the tech support I get on a regular bases Jay and Dan are two of my favorites They always figure out what I need and fix it or create something for me The marketing department is always sending information on new or upcoming products and/or events.Love Azcomp!

AZCOMP bills us for a clearing house that we use to send patient charges to the insurancesAZCOMP is suppose to bill us for only doctors who we send claims to the insurance companies forIn good faith we had provided them our credit card to bill us appropriatelyHowever upon recent review we have noticed that they have not only continue to charged for doctors who had left our practice but had been charging for some unkown doctor to our credit card as wellThey have refunded me the cost of erroneously billing the unkown doctor to my credit card but are not willing to refund me for the doctors who had left my practice but they continue to chargeTheir accounting is an absolute mess, upon review they have charged me for doctors who have left my practice and not ones who are actually here Based upon a review of my payroll for my doctors and what I have been charged beyond the (unkown doctor who they have now refunded) I have been overcharged for months of additional provider at th

Purchased the Medisoft Advances software from AZcomp in 2014. After installation and some initial training I have been able to start my billing practice efficiently and with no down time. There support is first rate and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to make sure there software is running smoothly. Every time I talk to support about any issue they quickly assist me with normally multiple options to some the issue.

We are currently in the process of working directly with the client to resolve this dispute, and hope to have it resolved soon.

AZCOMP is always very prompt and helpful with any problem we have had. The staff is very polite and helpful
