Just had an incredible experience in securing a great care home for my 94 year old mom. My mom's social worker was unable to get a case management agency to assist finding a place for mom upon leaving Pearl City Nursing Home. After waiting over two weeks and not receiving a call, her lawyer recommended Azil Case Management Agency.
The day I contacted the agency, I was provided with two care homes. Each of the homes in visited were great, and resulted in deciding on a home that my mom would be happy be at.
By the way, I did call for a third referral to visit, after the first two home, and was immediately provided the contact. All this was done in less than a week.
