The regional office spoke with Marcela today (8/25/16) and she explained the issue, she had already bought a battery from [redacted] They offered a full refund for the original battery and she is going to the store to get the refund and speak to the store manager At this time Marcela is satisfied with the response and the refundTell us why here

Credit has been issued. Customer should see the refund post to their account within 3-business days. Customer is satisfied
The customer has been taken care of by the District Manager and is content with the outcome DM comment: I spoke with the customer yesterdayShe is happy now with us and the AutoZoner was coached about this issue
