prescription delivery
I was told that my prescription for Farxiga was shipped on December 8th.
I have not received it yet.

I would have rated this company 0 if I could. Dont get me wrong its great when you get the medication. My mom needs it and cant live without it. However every time we have to submit an applications its something different as to the hold up.
Last year it took us 2 months to get it and thank God her pulmonologist helped with free meds. Part of the problem was the office faxing the wrong info but NO ONE called us. We did all the leg work.
This year is no different. Her office has faxed the paperwork 3 times now. I have called about once a week the few because once again being told the meds are going to arrive in 3 days and they haven't. I started calling on september 16th. I have made 6 phone calls and each one I was on hold for 2-3 hours. That is ridiculous! I don't want to hear about a new system or long hold times etc. This company needs to hire more people or competent people. I have been told my moms app has been expedited, its with the pharmacy, oh, you need a new RX, oh just kidding its ok and I'm sending it to the pharmacy. I promise I will call you personally with updates-nope that didn't happen either. There is only 1 phone number to call. I cant be put through to a manager. This is the only recourse I feel I have.
I appreciate the meds for my mom and don't want this to affect her getting this but come on its been over a month once again. She had to get samples from her Dr again (2 times now) and is going to have to do that again. Do you want people to use your program? You need a better way. What is really happening? What if you could breathe without your meds?
NOT happy with your structure or excuses. I feel like my mom is held hostage by your company and when they feel like they will send her meds. I have spent at least 15 hours of my time trying to find out what is going on that I could have drove to see my grandaughter, I painted a whole on hold once, you are taking up my time and making my mom feel more anxious than she already is. She has COPD and has NEVER smoked a day in her life.
What are you going to change at your company today to fix the too LONG wait times and the ridiculous answers (not answers) you give people in need?
