AZ’s Best Heating & Cooling

If I could give less than one star, I would. This company does business with/for a home warranty company. They were contacted by the home warranty company on April 22nd, did not come out to service until April 27th and to this day, still has not submitted a report with their findings. They did verbally tell me that we needed a new compressor, after one was just put in last year. They also said they had no way of checking for Freon leaks. Really? An a/c company who cannot check for leaks. And on three different occasions, advised that if the dates given for the appointment or follow up repair etc were not good enough, to contact the home warranty company and tell them to send someone else. This company complained multiple times about being too busy and not having enough help with complete and total disregard for the customer and what the customer is going thru with no a/c during triple digit weather. The nerve of those people to complain at all while millions of Americans are out of jobs. This company and the home warranty company cost us over $500.00 for a window unit to survive until a real a/c company could come out and fix the issue. Which was NOT the compressor. Never have I had to deal with the likes of these people.... If you don't like the business you are in, if you are not happy in the business you are in, and if you can't handle the business you are in - CHANGE YOUR CHOSEN PROFESSION.....

I love this AZ Best Heating and Cooling. They were called by my home warranty company after a previous company came 4 times and couldn't get my ac to keep running. They were so courteous over the phone. They listened to my needs, had someone out the next day who got the problem right away. They were easy to work with appointments, got back to me quickly when I had to leave a message. They worked hard to cut down on the time home warrantees sometimes take to replace units. They called the warehouse ahead of time to make sure the warehouse had the unit in their warehouse before they requested that unit from the warranty company, to save time. the office worked with me to make it easy to install the unit. When it rained that day, I was called early to apologize and let me know they would be out the next day. I felt so confident in their work because of their office staff. She even offered to have her crew come out and lend me a portable ac unit until my unit could be installed. And she said her crew would install it for me! That is excellent customer service. I am very happy to recommend Az Best Heating and Cooling to everyone. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service. You guys rock!
