I spoke to [redacted] yesterday 9/21/15 when I saw his post on Yelp.  The refrigerator handles he specified in his complaint were delivered to his unit today 9/22/15.

Review: Upon purchase of 4 appliances, we were promised by our salesman [redacted] if we do not use any of the warranty for the items, we would have the full cost refunded to us $396.00. The warranties are about to expire so I called Axtec and spoke to a very pleasant woman named [redacted], who explained how they handle the process of the refund. That same day my husband and I went to the shop with what should've been adequate paperwork but another lady [redacted] informed us we were missing some forms. We went home, found the remaking forms and I called back. I spoke to [redacted] who gave me the run around. I informed her that I do have ALL of the paperwork in my hand and let me tell this lady dug her heels in! She pretty much said the new owners would reject the refund due to a missing "certificate" I said again- I have all of the paper. I am STILL waiting for a call back on this matter. I have all receipts ,certificates etc.Desired Settlement: I would like the full $396.00 refund as promised.

Its looking very favorable to get your refund processed without the certificate. It appears we have crossed the last hurdle and payment should be issued.

Review: I purchased four sets of appliances for my apartment building renovation last summer. One of the fridge handles broke off back in June and I've called six times to get this replaced. I have never received a call back from their sales rep. I first called in July and have been trying to get this resolved for more than two months now. Now my fridge is probably out of warranty.Desired Settlement: I want them to replace the handle, that's all. I will never do business with them again. All I want is my god damn handle replaced. Simple.
