of items, they do not take them. Regardless, I can not honestly say if she was offered a bag or not or if she refused it.
She left the store and was back within minutes saying that the top came off the PH- when the container make its way onto her passenger seat. She blamed us for not ensuring the top was on tight before she left the store. The top is the two step type which you have to push down and then turn. They do not tighten.
We assisted her by getting a dustpan and whisk and the shop vac to clean the seat. She was unhappy with the results because the PH- is "a harsh chemical" and her car was brand new and worth $[redacted]. She insisted that she had to get her car cleaned professionally and that we would have to pay for it. We felt that the product went out of the store in good condition and we do not know how she handled putting it into her car. She wanted a refund which we provide at 5:39 pm.

Number one I was not offered a bag and did not think twice about picking up my two items and walking out the door to my car with them because yes it is up to the company to assure, especially if not offered a bag that the lid was on tightly and properly. Second of all the last statement is untrue. I did not say I was a federal government employee and that I would get my moneys worth one way or another. [redacted]
