I purchased a used spa from the owner of this business, Mr Rudy C [redacted] , on 1/24/As part of the contract his firm was supposed to deliver, install, and fire up the spaHe was also to order a new cover and install it as wellThe delivery went as scheduled and I paid him the full amount of the contract at that time including the amount charged for the new cover As my patio was still under construction I told him to wait a couple days before starting up the spaHe said just give him a call no big dealA fee days later I did just that and It took me nearly three weeks to get him back out to accomplish this taskThen the wait for the cover continuedTwo full months went by and I could not seem to get a return call from him after leaving several messages on teh covers statusThen on 3/he called to say the cover was in and he would deliver it the next dayHe never showedThen another round of calls were made and he said he would be right over and never showed upThen one day the top magicaly shows up in myn back yard AND IT IS THE WRONG ONE!! It folded the opposite way and as a result the cover opening assembly system would not work as it was installed on the wrong sides of the spaSo not a huge deal as he just needed to reinstall the cover opening assembly items and if it worked I would agree to take this new coverAfter that conversation and several calls later he still did not show upI got him to answer very early one morning as I called from another phone so he did not know it was meI gave him an offer 1) get this done that morning or 2) send me $and I would just get someone else to do the workHe stated that "no he will not refund any money but he will be there today to fix it." He never showed upI am now left with a spa cover that does not work as ordered, a lot of frustration and time wasted, and a sour taste in doing business with this owner and this firmI would give them a solid F for customer service and would never recommend them to anyone

Very disappointed in the customer service. I ordered a cover for my spa and he was supposed to install new ozonator bulb. After a series of no shows and text messages he finally said he was to busy to finish such a small job. He promised me a refund, which never came. Ozonator was never fixed. He never finished installing the cover. Promised to return to haul away the old cover. It's been months he still hasn't come back for that either. Would never recommend this company. If you do use him, do not pay him until he finishes the work.
