It came to our attention that a customer came in with a complaint saying her faucet didn't workWhen we asked if she had a receiptShe responded that the check she used was dated for JanuaryThen we let her know that we needed a receipt of purchase she got very upsetWe tried to let her know that the warrenties on the product were through the manufacture not thru Aztec HardwareShe let us know that she was very upsetTo help with the concern both business owners said we would be able to exchange her for the same product but that she would need to bring back the whole faucetWe also let her know that we were temporarily out of stock and we would order her oneAbout a week later we exchanged her faucets with no extra expense ? to herWe have a policy on any returns you need to have a receipt, which she knew because we have gladly exchanged purchase for her in the past
