AZTEC LANDSCAPE left unexperienced employees of his in my back yard so he could finish another job he ([redacted],Owner was working on that was fine they put in a 160sq of patio which that's how it was wrote up but they are paver patio did not complete patio not finished sand was supposed to be poured over patio so rocks don't get in between step and stones are moving all over the place which his employees did not make sure were bound in place so there would be no movement also don't feel full amount of rock was poured mocha and nv gold due to I have areas were I have to take rock from different areas in my yard to fill in I have asked him [redacted] to please complete these matters he has promised several times he was going to nothing doneProduct_Or_Service: 160-sq of patio/nvgold-mocho rockOrder_Number: **Account_Number: **Desired Settlementor half of the 800 dollars backBusiness Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted] OWNERContact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted].com In 2012 we ( my brother and I and we both have over 15 years of experience each) installed a 160sq of patio at the homeowners place of residence. As with all paver jobs we always put sand in between the pavers but the owners wife came out and stopped us because she told us she wanted to plant seed some kind of moss in between the pavers and it would not grow if the sand was in between the pavers. We told her that there would be movement if there was no sand but she was adamant and would not change her mind about this. In late 2013 Her husband call me to do more work for them and the night before we started her husband called me at 400 am to tell me not to come because his wife had been drinking and could become very disruptive to the job and she would see what we were doing and would want to make changes and not want to pay for them. So I took his check back to him. In the last month she has been walking over to the job site every day were we have been working and verbally abusing me when she has been drinking. We claim no fault whatsoever on this job that was done in 2012.Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)In 3/11/13 this is the only time I let Aztec Landscape touch my yard Mr.[redacted] was @ sight only first day of job there were other workers with very little communication of English skills I [redacted] did not even know there was suppose to be sand poured after setting pavers and stepping stone until Aztec did pavers on my neighbors yard that's when I realized my paver job was incomplete I immediately contacted Aztec Landscape to finish my sand job Mr.[redacted] assured me on each occasion contact that sand job would be complete 2015 feb. while working in our community Mr. [redacted] was very rude to my wife and said when he got time he would pour sand two weeks went by we watched Mr. [redacted] work in other yards ignoring my complete that's when I contacted Revdex.com there is no way my wife would say don't pour sand if she did not know sand was suppose to be there flowers have nothing to do with in between paver now I know sand is to prevent weeds between pavers my wife works with me all the time there is no way she was home due to we leave house early morning and work out of town this is and area were flowers can go around are but not in between pavers and stepping stones this is only a scenery area there is a wishing well on top of pavers with no sand were we pull weeds due to no sand we also were shorted on rocks we just think its only fare to pour sand we have another landscape person that can prove paver job is incomplete due to he did a paver job for I Louis ferraro and said no paver job is complete without sand thank u [redacted] we just want the sand poured we paid for thatFinal Business Response First of all We did not say flowers we said Moss there is a difference.2nd you say your wife is out of town with you so how could we talk to her.3rd of all that's what we said its not because of weeds to have sand poured its so the pavers will not move, weeds will still grow between pavers almost always unless there is something there like MOSS> which your wife wanted to do. With all this said we just want to be done with this customer and do not want to have any contact with them whatsoever we will pay the 400.00 which is completely over what putting sand in but just to be done with this customer for good we will pay there blood money. We will send the check to the customers by certified mail so we have proof.
