Took a day to make a monitoring to work. Had to update firmware and configure firewall. Now it works fine with everyday report coming via email.

In December 2015, Aztec Renewable Energy installed a 30-panel, 9 kw, solar-panel system on my residential home in Sweetwater, tx. They were very professional and efficient in installing the solar system in a couple of days. Everything went without a hitch with no issues. Oncor, who provides my meter, did take weeks before reprogramming my meter for net metering, so the system was not operational until early February 2016, but the system at that time worked well right away.

Aztec Renewable Energy, Inc recently installed a solar system on my home. The entire process was handled very professionally from start to finish. [redacted] is very knowledgeable about the process and its operations and very helpful with understanding how the system would operate. Aztec's construction crew was great to work with. The crew was hard working and very polite. [redacted] was a delight to work with explaining every detail. I have watched my electric meter spin backwards for a majority of days and even when my A/C is running. At this point I couldn't be more pleased.

A contract was signed with Aztec April 7th to construct and install a 36 panel ground mounted system about $35k. Our biggest problem with Aztec was quality of work and the companies inability to handle fixing problems and issues in a timely manner after being contacted multiple times to resolve things. Once I took the next step and turned to reviews to get things resolved, Mr.[redacted] turned VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and threatened LEGAL action for sharing our honest and truthful experience with them. This then has made it so uncomfortable that we don't feel comfortable having his company back out to resolve issues and quite frankly we question their ability to do it professionally anyway. Now I'm going to have to waste time and find people to fix things.
