I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint
I am not satisfied with the response Furthermore if this would have been a problem since my last oil change I would have taken my car to a mechanic a lot sooner because I wouldn't have had any oil. Also I never told you all my last oil change was in Chicago. My last oil change was done in Houston. If there was a problem with oil leaking prior to me arriving at this *** *** wouldn't that have been the 1st thing the worker would have identified? Why would you begin changing someone's oil if there is an obvious issue? The wrench Lenny speaks of, is what broke the bolt and caused the drip pan leak/issue Which makes Lenny, his employees and *** *** responsible

bay technician went to remove the oil drain plug to begin the serviceWhen he applied his wrench he immediately found the plug was just spinning in place instead of backing out as normalThis is an indication of an oil pan/drain plug problem and he immediately advised his supervisorSince we had never serviced the vehicle we advised Ms*** that we would not change the oil and she should return to wherever she had the vehicle serviced lastShe told us that was not possible as that was in ChicagoWe then advised her to take it to a repair shop to have the issue addressedWe then added over quarts of oil, as the vehicle was significantly low on oilAt that point Ms*** thanked us for our help and drove away
