Aztec Steel Buildings

Unfortunately, I purchased a steel building from Aztec Steel Buildings. If it could go wrong, it went wrong. I detail my bad experience at: diysteelbuildingkit.org

Review: On 7/24/1996 (shipping #[redacted]) A garage steel building Kit was purchased from this address "[redacted]" From this company "Aztec Steel Building Inc". In February of 2014 this garage building has collapsed due to snow storm. We contacted the company where they have told us that they will send a form to fill to resolve Warranty issue. We were recording some of our conversations with the company rep. This same day customer rep. called us back and refused to tell us while being recorded, that his manager told him that they will not do anything about our warranty claim. I called back asking to connect us with manager only to be hanged up by the manager. It is my understanding that they won't do anything with us because we were not original buyers of the steel building. And when I offered to obtain Power Of Attorney (POA) from an original purchaser on this particular issue or have them to file a warranty request, they (company rep) haven't given a clear answer. We are currently having our own battle with cancer so we are sorry for taking this case this far. We are truly hope it will not cause more stress to both sides of this issue.Desired Settlement: We would like a replacement building to be send. However it is looks like this company is not customer friendly so I prefer a refund on the building cost so I could buy same building from someone all's.
