I scheduled an estimate with this company in mid-May A rep came out to take measurements & get infoHe said he would email the estimate the next day I waited days Didn't receive I called to follow up He said he sent it already but would send it again I waited more days Checked my spam folder Didn't receive I called again & verified my email address He said he would email it again I waited a week Didn't receive Called again The same rep said he would be in my area so he would put a paper copy in my mailbox Waited a weekStill didn't receive I spoke to the same rep a total of six timesThe way I can say they were playing games is he NEVER called ME to see if I received info If this job was too difficult for this company they should have said that in the first place without wasting my time and effort An immature & unprofessional way to avoid taking on a project Glad I found out before they started my job and accepted my money
I scheduled an estimate with this company in mid-May 2015. A rep came out to take measurements & get info. He said he would email the estimate the next day.
I waited 3 days. Didn't receive. I called to follow up. He said he sent it already but would send it again. I waited 3 more days. Checked my spam folder. Didn't receive. I called again & verified my email address. He said he would email it again. I waited a week. Didn't receive. Called again. The same rep said he would be in my area so he would put a paper copy in my mailbox. Waited a week. Still didn't receive.
I spoke to the same rep a total of six times. The way I can say they were playing games is he NEVER called ME to see if I received info. If this job was too difficult for this company they should have said that in the first place without wasting my time and effort. An immature & unprofessional way to avoid taking on a project. Glad I found out before they started my job and accepted my money.
