I took my bridesmaids there to shop for dresses but didnt find what I was looking for on their racks, so they instructed me to browse dresses in the catalogs to order. So I picked a dress and the girls all paid the deposit for it (without ever trying it on) and it took longer than it was supposed to for shipping but that's fine. Go to try them on, and find they are all way way too big on each girl, and one has a stain on it. Also, HUGE issue is that they were a completely different color than in the picture of them in the catalog. The colors were not even similar! As the bride, this does not sit well with me and I explain to them that I need a different color of dress because I did not receive what I was expecting. They say they offer no refunds or exchanges on the dresses, and that the $75 deposit we paid will not be returned to us. I was not aware of this when we paid the deposit. Now Im stuck with these dresses that have no place in my wedding and each bridesmaid is out of $75, so we are all very upset. Why cant they send them back? You just cant take people's money and then give them a totally different product than what they paid for. If I had gotten what I paid for, there would be no issue at all here. The most difficult customer experience I've ever had in my life. I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else.
