The business has responded Please see below: We have received by mail the complaint provided by [redacted] to the Revdex.comAfter reviewing our records, we do not have any record of repairing [redacted] car , nor has anyone contacted us with this problemThe complaint states [redacted] stopped by the shop and spoke to the person that repaired his vehicle, however no one has stopped by our shop with such complaint nor has our telephone number been disconnected as stated on the complaintI truly believe [redacted] is not providing correct information regarding our shop, we have been in business yrsplus and have never had such complaintsI would like [redacted] to provide proof his vehicle was repaired at our shop and who he spoke to at Aztlan Auto Body located at [redacted] , [redacted] as we always provide a receipt once repair and payment is completed and if the vehicle was brought to our place of business he should have such documentWe are willing to take full responsibility of repairs if in fact [redacted] 's car was repaired at our shop, but I am 100% sure we are not the ones who repaired this vehicle
