Todd and I met to discuss my renovation. We walked thru my house and I described what I wanted done. This was a huge job that included, but was not limited to, tearing down walls, replacing walls, moving walls, full bathroom remodels (2), installation of tile, flooring, painting and a really, really, heavy marble fireplace surround. Todd provided me with a line by line price for each portion of the job. He itemized everything from plumbing to installing floors etc. It was really easy to keep in budget and make changes (which I did a lot). Each time I made a change I would receive an updated change order with the cost of the change and any credit back. When I called Todd with ideas, changes or questions he was always quick to answer his phone or call me back immediately. He came to the job site very oft
We purchased a home a few months ago utilizing a new Homes type Loan program We found the home that we wanted to spend the rest of our life in, including retirement the years Todd V*** and his crew from New Freedom properties were AWESOME!! We closed on the home April 1st but that is when the real work beganThe house need approximately $30,in renovations done to male it liveable New Freedom properties was up to the taskWe needed to be out of our rental and I to the new house by June 1st Todd V*** and his crew took care of everything for us and we were moved in the last week of May When we had a major pipe leak weeks later, Todd had his main go to guy "chewy" at our door in less than an hour and a plumber fooled shortly thereafter This water issue happened on a day where my parents were in town to watch an Opera that evening that of my boys were performing inShowers needed to be taken and we were on the edge of panic mode!! Needless to say, they saved the day
