azulawear was promoting on Instagram. They were promoting an initial necklace and all I had to pay for was shipping. I purchased on April 1st and never received the jewelry. I emailed twice and reached out via Instagram with no response. The shipping info contained an invalid tracking number but the money was taken from my account.
Ordered a necklace on April 7. 2020 from Instagram add. Advertised 3 day shipping. It is June 15th and still haven't received. Multiple attempts to contact company via email (only way to contact per website), with zero response. Website says California company, but Revdex.com say Canada company. Believe this is a *** website.
I was advertised a product on ***. I purchased the product on April 9th 2020 and was given a confirmation email with a tracking number that is FAKE. I have reached out to the business several times to get my money back since I have not received the product, and I have not been given a response. ***.

After several weeks I realized I have received no correspondence since the order confirmation email, I clicked the “view my order” link provided in the confirmation. This takes me to an order summary page containing a tracking link which only gives me a message saying no tracking information can be found for that reference I have attempted to email customer service and contact them through the company Instagram page, with no response. I had previously seen comments from other customers who seem to be having similar issues, but it looks like the company may be deleting comments which leads me to believe this could be a ***.
