I didn't find any reviews of the machine when I was looking to buy and I wish I hadIf you are thinking of purchasing this please keep in mind that they will not cover itI had to send it in multiple times and all they would say was it was my faultWhen I sent it in the last time they told me I was going to have to pay an exorbitant amount to fix it and that the only thing their warranty covered was the motorEverything else was a "wear and tear part" It didn't work right from the startDiscs would come out absolutely sopping wet and would never truly have a great finishOne quick load stopped working all together and had to constantly use the other quick load to get the disc to look decent
I purchased this unit mainly because I know others that have the older units and was told they work greatThey changed the system too much apparently, because this machine was junk from the start
I switched to a RTI Auto Smart and couldn't be more positive about their product and their companyTheir machines are a little more costly, but you get what you pay forThe RTI could fix discs that the Azuradisc couldn't touchThe discs come out looking like I just purchased them new with no moisture on the disc from the resurfacing process at all
I hope this helps someone make a decision when purchasing a resurfacerI wish I read a review like this one in the past, because dealing with Azuradisc is not recommended

Dealing with Azuradisc has provided another example of the importance to "look before you leap." Being a proprietary system, once you purchase an Azuradisc machine, you are locked into a dependency on the company for all supplies. Of course, at that point they can charge pretty much what they want and establish service policies that ignore the needs of the customer.

Mt experience with Azuradisc was that, once they've got you, they really don't what you need or what you think. By policy, they give themselves wide leeway in acknowledging and filling orders. They know that you aren't going anywhere. For a long while, I had problems with defective supplies, which they would replace, but at your shipping expense.

Fortunately, I no longer have to deal with them or, therefore, to worry about them.

The customer is stating they sent the disc to be repaired to our business address via [redacted] in November 2013. When I spoke with the customer I informed her that we had not received her disc and that she would need to track the package to find out where it could be. She then informed me that she sent...

the package via [redacted] and that she had no way to track the package she had sent to us. I searched the warehouse and the disc repair services, located in the Azuradisc warehouse and was unable to locate the package for the customer. I explained to her that as soon as we receive the package I would give her a call and she would also receive an email letting her know the disc had arrived, and was in cue for processing. When I spoke with the customer she never asked for a refund for the services and appeared to be waiting for the disc to arrive here in our warehouse. We are happy to refund the amount she has paid for the disc repair services and shipping method she paid for us to return the disc to her.   In the letter she is asking that we return the disc to her along with the refund, unfortunately we are not able to return a disc we have never received. I will gladly  process a refund in the amount of $ 10.54 today and if by chance her disc should arrive we will promptly return the disc to her in the original package she sent it in.  I have contacted the customer and informed her we will process a refund for her on 12.27.2013 and return the disc should it arrive. Please let me know if you have further questions. Regards, [redacted]Director, Human ResourcesAzuradisc, inc.
